Throughout her military career, she held multiple leadership roles in clinical operations, education, and healthcare quality, culminating in her final assignment in Hawaii where she led her command to achieve zero clinical findings during a Joint Commission survey—an unprecedented accomplishment.

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Andrea is a dedicated healthcare leader, educator, and mentor who continues to impact the field of nursing and ambulatory care through her leadership and service.

Dr. Robyn White is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice with over 18 years of distinguished service in the United States Navy Nurse Corps. Passionate about helping others discover their God-given purpose, she combines her medical expertise, personal experiences, and faith to inspire individuals to thrive spiritually, personally, and physically. Currently specializing in women's health in Oak Harbor, Washington, Dr. White is known for her authentic leadership, compassionate care, and commitment to encouraging others through hope and resilience. She is also a devoted wife and mother of two.

LTJG Alvin A. Villaluna, USN

LTJG Alvin A. Villaluna is a Navy Nurse Corps officer and Registered Nurse whose journey from enlisted Sailor to commissioned officer exemplifies leadership, perseverance, and service. Born in Batangas, Philippines, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2016 and gained extensive operational and leadership experience through assignments supporting joint and expeditionary missions across the globe. After earning his nursing licensure and a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Public Health Nursing, he was selected for direct accession into the Navy Nurse Corps and commissioned in 2026. He currently serves as a Staff Nurse and Charge Nurse at Naval Medical Readiness Training Command San Diego, providing compassionate care to service members, veterans, retirees, and their families while supporting the mission of Navy Medicine.

Roxanne Hermanstyne

Roxanne Hermanstyne is the Founder and CEO of The Blueprint Foundation Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare, education, and opportunities for underserved communities in Guyana. Driven by her passion for service and her Guyanese heritage, she leads initiatives that provide medical outreach, wellness programs, scholarships, and educational resources to communities in need. In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Roxanne serves as an N9 Management Assistant with the U.S. Navy’s Morale, Welfare, and Recreation/Fleet and Family Readiness Department in South Korea and as a Command Ombudsman. A recognized advocate, emerging leader, and published writer, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration and Data Analysis while continuing to build sustainable solutions that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
